Design Review Committee

The Design Review Committee is a component of the Home Owners Association that protects the rights of each owner and guarantees the overall quality of the neighborhood.

Its function is to review and decide whether proposed changes to the original architecture or engineering design of an owner's home, including, but not limited to, fences, patios, decks, swimming pools, and porches, will be harmonious with the existing development.

The process to obtain permission from the Call's Farm Design Review Committee is simple:

  1. First, we need a brief description of the work that is to be done.

  2. Next, we need to know what type of materials will be used to build your project.

  3. Finally, we need the property/site map (click here for example site plan) which may be obtained from the City of Stow to make sure it is not crossing any set-back lines or any property lines.

  4. An additional step may be needed for some additions. Things like decks, patios, and additions to your house also require a building permit from the City of Stow.

  5. After this information is gathered, please contact the HOA at callsfarmhoa@gmail.com and your request will be reviewed. Generally, a request can be processed in a matter of days, but we prefer to have a one to two week period in advance to approve the request.
