Design Review Committee

The Design Review Committee has architectural and engineering control to secure and maintain an attractive, harmonious residential community. This group will be made up of three individuals. Their main purpose will be to approve or deny any addition, patio, deck, or any other area listed under the powers of the committee. In some instances, they may need to inspect the work being performed to insure compliance with the regulations.

Landscaping Committee

The Landscaping Committee will be formed with a goal of maintaining landscaping standards of the common areas of the Association and help identify individual owners not adhering to the standards set forth in the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, Restrictions and Easements. The members of the Committee, which will consist of more than one member, will strive to make decisions with sensitivity and understanding toward individual member's concerns while keeping the interests of the total membership in mind. All forms, policies, and decisions made by the committee will be considered recommendations and must be submitted to the Board of Directors for approval prior to any action being taken.
